Guest information
Organisers provide the invitation name and reserved seats. Your RSVP, attendance count and optional message are used for this wedding and seating arrangements. Health information is optional and requires explicit consent. For other people, valid consent or representation is required.
Optional: identify the person and only the foods to avoid. You can RSVP without providing this information.
I explicitly consent to processing my health information to arrange the wedding meal as described in the privacy notice. For information about other people, I confirm that I am entitled to provide it and have obtained the necessary explicit consents, or may validly act as their representative.
Information is deleted when the organisers mark the event as ended, earlier following withdrawal or when no longer needed, and no later than the service expiry. Organisers must update copies already downloaded or shared.
Organisers can use the information in their private dashboard and reports, and share only necessary dietary details with the caterer under the applicable conditions. You can withdraw dietary consent from the RSVP form without changing attendance. Previously downloaded or printed copies must be updated by the organisers.
